I believe that we are all designed to heal ourselves.
My passion is to help people to learn what their pain and disease are telling them about the ways in which they have become unbalanced. My experience has been that profound changes occur when we acknowledge that our emotional state manifests in the body, and that the way we treat our bodies also directly impacts how we feel.
Acupuncture, herbal medicine, and craniosacral therapy are highly effective at restoring balance because they are approaches to health that recognize the interconnections between the body, mind, and emotions, and work with our natural disposition to heal.
I am a registered Acupuncturist and Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner, as well as a craniosacral therapist. I began to formally pursue my long-standing love for natural health and healing in 2001, enrolling in the acupuncture program at the Institute for Traditional Chinese Medicine (ITCM) in Toronto. After graduating in 2004, I then studied Chinese herbal medicine until 2006. In 2010, I studied craniosacral therapy, and it has since become an integral part of my holistic practice.
