Skin Sensitivity

If you’re making the blends yourself, always dilute the oil blends in a carrier oil, such as fractionated coconut oil. This improves absorption and prevents skin sensitivity.

Do not use this set if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Also, do not use on pre- pubescent children. While many essential oils are very helpful during pregnancy and post-partum, some of the blends in this set include oils that are contraindicated in those circumstances. Likewise, not all the blends are appropriate for children.

Citrus essential oils used topically can increase your skin’s sensitivity to light for approximately 12 hours. So, if you are using one of the oil blends that contain citrus, either avoid excessive sun exposure on the area applied for 12 hours after applying topically, or if you know you’ll be in the sun, apply the oil blend to the soles of
your feet.

Do not ingest these oil blends. They are intended for use aromatically and topically,
but not for ingestion. Some of the essential oils in the blends, like wintergreen, can be toxic if taken internally.

Some essential oils can interact with medications by increasing or decreasing their
potency. If you are taking pharmaceutical medications, use this set with caution and
consult with a qualified health care practitioner to ensure that they are safe for you to use.

Check the labels for more details
